By purchasing, downloading, or otherwise accessing any digital or physical product from Virtual Pulse LLC, you agree to the following terms:

1. Digital Content Usage (Voice Packs, Songs, and Downloads)

All downloadable content (including but not limited to voice packs, music, sound effects, or character audio) sold or distributed by Virtual Pulse LLC is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You are strictly prohibited from:

  • Reproducing, modifying, distributing, or re-uploading any content

  • Reselling or redistributing the content in any form

  • Using the content in AI training models, voice synthesis, or deepfake technologies

  • Claiming ownership, authorship, or original creation of the content

  • Using the content for commercial purposes without a separate, written license

You are permitted to:

  • Use the content for personal, non-commercial enjoyment only

2. Physical Merchandise Restrictions

All physical products, including but not limited to plushies, apparel, printed material, and character-themed merchandise, are the exclusive intellectual property of Virtual Pulse LLC and/or the represented talent.

You may not:

  • Recreate, reproduce, or sell physical replicas of our products

  • Modify and resell Virtual Pulse products, branded material, or likenesses

  • Use any part of our product designs or character imagery for unlicensed commercial use

3. Talent Image, Branding & Name Usage

The name, likeness, voice, and branding of all Virtual Pulse LLC talents are protected.

The following is strictly prohibited without a formal license or agreement:

  • Commercial use of any Virtual Pulse talent’s voice, name, character design, or likeness

  • Selling or distributing unlicensed merchandise or digital content representing any of our talents

  • Using Virtual Pulse talent branding or images in promotional materials, NFTs, games, or third-party products

4. Enforcement & Violations

Violations of this policy may result in:

  • Legal action for copyright or trademark infringement

  • DMCA takedown requests

  • Bans from Virtual Pulse services, events, or platforms
