Charity Event Giveaway Terms of Service

As part of our limited-time charity event, we are offering exclusive rewards to supporters under the following terms:

1. Eligibility for Giveaway
   a. The first 10 individuals who donate $100 USD or more will receive a 100% discount code applicable to one (1) event-exclusive t-shirt.
   b. Donors are responsible for all shipping costs, which will not be covered by the discount.

2. Post-Initial Reward Tier
   a. After the first 10 qualifying donations have been received, any subsequent individual who donates $200 USD or more will also receive a 100% discount code applicable to one (1) event-exclusive t-shirt.
   b. This reward tier is capped at 21 total redemptions, inclusive of the initial 10 recipients.
   c. As with the initial tier, shipping costs must still be paid by the recipient.

3. Limitations
   a. One (1) giveaway item per individual.
   b. Discount codes and t-shirt redemptions are non-transferable and have no cash value.
   c. Offer is valid while supplies last, and once the 21-unit limit is reached, no additional giveaway redemptions will be honored.

By participating, you agree to these terms. Virtual Pulse LLC reserves the right to modify or terminate this giveaway at any time in the event of fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond our control.
